For never experiencing this from the position of 'landlord' before, it was quite a daunting task. It was important to ensure all the boxes were ticked and having a unique rental situation with dividing our house into two obviously was not the normal type of rental situation, however you understood what we were trying to do and could also see the potential in offering the house as a permanent tenanted two bedroom.
