We found Jack to be very enthusiastic and confident in what the market should pay for the property. At no stage did he advise us to reassess our expectation even after it had failed to attain a bid at auction. He had faith in his number and it was achieved, yes bottom end but still within the original range stated. These were things like the strategic placement of indoor and outdoor furniture and a recommendation to continue ongoing outdoor maintenance with some must do actions such as hedge and tree trimming, firewood stacking etc. All demonstrated a strong knowledge in rural properties and what perspective buyer would be looking at.
